Not too long ago had a moment of clarity when I discovered that, regardless of how hard I work on my business, I was holding myself back because I was being cheap with myself - I repeatedly deprive myself from small treats and splurges.

After sharing with my girlfriends, I realized that I was not alone. They were doing it too... It just goes to prove that no one is safe from a bit of self-sabotage.
The most important relationship in our lives is the one we have with ourselves ... and it's the one we constantly neglect.

Most women I interact with - no matter what country or career path they're in - struggle with self-care. Most of us have been programmed to take care of everybody and everything else before ourselves to the point that we feel guilty if we even imagine making our own care a top priority.
